"That the Parliament recognises the benefits to business and the environment of the Close the Door campaign, which encourages retailers to make a significant contribution to reducing their overall environmental footprint while lowering their own business costs by keeping their doors closed, keeping heat in; notes that, in case studies, small shops saved about half their heating bills and 10 tonnes of CO2 with very little effect on trade."
